We've heard from a builder in Alaska that the strong paper backing of Corvum does not work well on either of the two sides of US OSB panels. We agree with that statement. The surface of US OSB is extremely rough and the paper backing will pull up from the OSB after a period of time due to the heavy weight paper used as the backer. For OSB corner application, we suggest using the SIGA Dockskin primer on the OSB. This issue is limited to OSB only and not to the other surfaces of a rough opening such as framing lumber or plywood.
